Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

If your cat doesn't take to it, if it arrives damaged, or if you're unhappy for any reason - just email us at hello@shopluxpaws.com with your order number and we'll arrange a return or send a replacement straight away.

A few things worth knowing:

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. If the item arrived damaged or faulty, don't worry about that - just send us a photo and we'll sort it immediately. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return and will go back to your original payment method.

We started this return policy because we genuinely believe in the product. If it doesn't work for your cat, we don't want your money.
