Shipping Policy

Every Product is shipped directly from our supplier, which means it goes straight from the people who make it to your door - no middleman, no warehouse delays.

Cost: Free on every order, always. No minimum spend, no exceptions.

Delivery time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5–15 business days. Occasionally during busy periods it can take a little longer, but most orders arrive well within that window.

Tracking: Every order includes full tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.

Worth the wait? We think so - and so do the 1000+ customers who've ordered from us. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, email us at hello@shopluxpaws.com and we'll investigate immediately and make it right.

One small thing to note: because your order ships internationally, it may pass through customs on its way to you. This is usually seamless and adds no extra cost, but can occasionally add a day or two to delivery.
